Pre-sealed terracotta are sealed in the factory in Mexico. The advantage to a pre-sealed tile is for the ease of installation. The sealer used is of a glossy finish, which darkens the terracotta, enhancing the warm tones of the tile. Indoor application only. **Not frost, freeze/thaw proof**

Raw terracotta tiles provide the flexibility to pre-stain, adjust the colour, and sheen finish to your project. Raw terracotta tiles are still required to be sealed and finished prior to grouting. This will prevent the grout colour from staining the terracotta. Indoor application only. **Not frost, freeze/thaw proof**

The vintage terracotta features an organic weathered finish. Can be ordered pre-sealed or raw. Indoor application only. **Not frost, freeze/thaw proof**
